The Perioperative Services Nurse Manager is a key leadership role overseeing perioperative and surgical operational requirements with cross campus responsibilities including Operating Theatres and PACU, CSSD and Day Procedure Units. The position must ensure safe, high quality surgical services are coordinated daily, has financial performance oversight, People & Culture oversight and supports clinical governance standards and ensures compliance with best practices across the spectrum of services.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria to apply:
Up to date registration with the Australian Health Practioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Extensive clinical and documented management experience within a contempory healthcare organization. Relevant post graduate leadership and management qualification or willingness to show commitment to work towards obtainment. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment, and to positively contribute to team operations and working relationships.
