About the role
We are seeking a part-time - 24 hours per week- Administration/Client Service Officer to join our small, successful financial planning organisation in Orange NSW. We pride ourselves on the deep care we have for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and client support, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning practice.
Your responsibilities in this diverse role will include

Preparing and maintaining client records, files and correspondence

Update and maintain accurate records on the database

Liaising with clients, service providers and internal team members to ensure timely processing of transactions and requests

Managing administrative tasks, including, printing, scanning and organising documents to support daily operations

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a professional experience both over the phone and in person

Assisting other team members as needed
What we're looking for

Proven experience in an administrative or client service role, preferably but not essentially in financial services

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organisational and time management skills
