About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of contracts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and termination, ensuring all contracts are accurately documented, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Interpret contract clauses and provisions to related stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of obligations, rights, and responsibilities.
  • Negotiate variations of contract terms with internal and external parties, providing input to protect the company's interests.
  • Oversee the proper execution of contracts and maintain a secure and organized repository for all contract documents.
  • Track contract expiration dates, initiate renewal processes as needed, and manage contract terminations in accordance with legal and company procedures.
  • Identify potential risks associated with contracts and work with relevant departments to implement risk management measures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date contract database, generate regular reports on contract status, key milestones, and compliance metrics for management review.

What you need:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
