The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Store person to join our growing team at Shadbolt Group . In this hands on role, you’ll work closely with the Stores Manager to manage the movement, tracking, and storage of materials that are critical to our engineering and manufacturing projects.

You’ll be responsible for receiving and verifying inwards goods, managing inventory through our M1 ERP system, packaging and dispatching finished products, and safely operating forklifts and overhead cranes. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help ensure our projects stay on schedule and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inwards goods and materials
  • Identify materials and match with material certificates
  • Accurately enter data into our M1 ERP material register
  • Package completed projects for shipping
  • Load and unload trucks (forklift & crane operation)
  • Manage and allocate consumables across departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current Forklift Licence - essential
  • Overhead crane experience
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Construction White Card (CPCWHS1001)
  • High-Risk Work Licence, including:
    • Forklift
    • EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
    • Dogging/Rigging
    • Proficiency with M1 ERP system or similar
    • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
    • Reliable, team-oriented work ethic
