Your Role : Administration & Professional Recruitment Specialist We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team in either our Ascot or Gold Coast office. This role is perfect for someone passionate about placing high-calibre candidates in administration and professional roles across a broad range of industries.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and placing roles such as:

• Administration Assistants
• Executive Assistants
• Customer Service Officers
• Data Entry Clerks
• Office Managers
• Accounts and Payroll Officers
• HR and Professional Services roles

Daily Tasks Include:

• Building strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the administration and corporate sectors
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-tier candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
• Delivering exceptional service to your portfolio of clients and candidates
• Using social media and tech tools to build your brand and network
• Collaborating with a close-knit team who are passionate, supportive, and fun

Your Experience: We’re looking for someone who has:

• Proven recruitment experience (ideally within admin or professional sectors)
• Strong business development or account management skills
• Confidence in managing a high-volume, fast-moving desk
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management abilities
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• A drive to succeed and a desire to grow a long-term career in recruitment

We also welcome recruiters from other industries looking to pivot into this space, as well as entry-level recruiters with a strong sales or account management background.
