Position
The Head of Department is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of all aspects of the curriculum including the preparation of work programs, development of resource materials, monitoring of student progress, the development of staff practices, and the ongoing collaborative review of subject programs and practice in alignment with the strategic direction of the School.

Employment Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
- Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement
- A Master's Degree and/or further postgraduate study in a related field is highly desirable.
- Be supportive of the ethos of the School
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
