Personal Care Worker - Casual Aged Care Agency Opportunities (Hervey Bay)
Maintaining a skilled, consistent workforce is critical-not only for ensuring high-quality care but also for fostering strong relationships between staff and residents, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the long-term stability of aged care facilities.
At Randstad Health & Social Care, we are seeking experienced Assistant in Nursing / Personal Care Workers (AINs) to join our casual talent pool, providing ongoing, regular support to aged care facilites across Hervey Bay.

What We Require
- Minimum 6 months experience in aged care.
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Influenza and three COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Minimum availability for 2 weekdays
