Role Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a Broker Assistant/Account Executive to join the team and provide end-to-end assisted management for our varied client book.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Arundel, QLD. You will be responsible for supporting insurance brokers with administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, and assisting with policy documentation and end-to-end management of a client portfolio.
The day-to-day tasks will include providing customer service, communicating with clients to gather necessary information, and ensuring all brokerage operations run smoothly.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will:

Play a pivotal role in supporting our business through daily administration, ensuring we deliver industry-leading insurance solutions to our key clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with various insurers on policy maintenance, account handling, preparing client claims histories, and addressing general inquiries regarding policy coverage and interpretation

Assist in file reviews

Stay informed about regulatory changes

Handle in-bound and outbound phone calls providing outstanding customer service to key stakeholders;

Emphasising strong computer literacy and impeccable organizational skills, you will assist in diary management for following up with insurers and updating clients, ensuring best-in-class service.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in the Insurance industry and Brokerage support

Administrative Assistance skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in Office Software. OfficeTech and INSIGHT experience is a bonus

Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are advantageous
