$88,483 to $96,733 per annum ($44 to $45.95 per hour) + 13% superannuation

About the role

This role contributes to the success of the City by:

  • Deliver confidential and high-level support to the CEO and Executive Officer.
  • Coordinate complex activities, events, and special projects.
  • Manage correspondence, prepare briefing materials, and support Council reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including Elected Members, employees, and the community.
  • Manage the CEO’s diary and inbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.

About you

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Is confident working with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Has a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and information systems.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
