About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our Managed Print Services (MPS) team. In this frontline, customer-focused role, you'll play a vital part in making sure our clients receive timely, efficient, and professional support. You'll be across service call coordination, billing, system updates, customer communications, and more.
It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role with plenty of variety—and a workplace where you’ll be supported to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, proactive customer service that builds trust and loyalty
- Manage service calls—log, allocate, and follow through to resolution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure monthly reporting is spot on
- Work closely with the MPS Admin, Sales, and Service teams to share key info
- Keep customers informed on delays or device orders in a clear and helpful way
- Own end-to-end contract processes and stakeholder updates
- Support special projects and contribute to team success
- Follow Winc’s safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment
About You:
You’re great with people, highly organised, and love getting things done. You might be working in admin or customer service already and are ready for a step up.
- 2+ years’ admin experience in a fast-paced role
- Excellent communicator and confident phone manner
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Able to juggle priorities and work independently
- Good with systems – SAP or service-based software a bonus, but not essential
- Solutions-focused, reliable, and a team player
