About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our Managed Print Services (MPS) team. In this frontline, customer-focused role, you'll play a vital part in making sure our clients receive timely, efficient, and professional support. You'll be across service call coordination, billing, system updates, customer communications, and more.

It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role with plenty of variety—and a workplace where you’ll be supported to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm, proactive customer service that builds trust and loyalty
  • Manage service calls—log, allocate, and follow through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure monthly reporting is spot on
  • Work closely with the MPS Admin, Sales, and Service teams to share key info
  • Keep customers informed on delays or device orders in a clear and helpful way
  • Own end-to-end contract processes and stakeholder updates
  • Support special projects and contribute to team success
  • Follow Winc’s safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment

About You:

You’re great with people, highly organised, and love getting things done. You might be working in admin or customer service already and are ready for a step up.

  • 2+ years’ admin experience in a fast-paced role
  • Excellent communicator and confident phone manner
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Able to juggle priorities and work independently
  • Good with systems – SAP or service-based software a bonus, but not essential
  • Solutions-focused, reliable, and a team player
