As the Assistant Store Manager of the Flagship Hobart store, you will be experienced in retail fashion management. From the meet and greet of your client, you will also play a big part in building this business and supporting your team in a beautiful community. You will lead by the front and adore providing a high level of customer service. For success in this role you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about fashion with a hands-on approach leadership, and you will be available to work a Sunday to Thursday roster...!
Most important of all: you will be an absolute 'Fashionista', loving new seasonal roll-outs, high-fashion trends and creating update wardrobes for your clients!
Skills & Experience...
- Fashion Management experience is essential
- A passion to delivering outstanding customer service
- Good knowledge of KPI's, sales process, budgets & reports.
- Amazing personal presentation and visual merchandising skills
- Experience with high stock fashion volume
- Great time management and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and you know how to inspire your team to achieve results!
- Focused on learning, development and career progression
