The exciting opportunity
- Report directly into the Executive Manager and receive fantastic support from an onsite Quality Manager
- Manage, inspire, educate, mentor and develop a team of Registered Nurses and Carers allowing them to excel in their roles and deliver best practice care
- Maintain compliance by meeting regulatory requirements and assisting the facility to adapt to the strengthened standards
- Conducts audits and data analysis to identify gaps in practice
- Innovation is encouraged - identify and champion opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional personalised customer experience
- Facility accredited until 2028

- AHPRA Registered Nurse with an impressive track record as a Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care

- Excellent knowledge of the aged care legislation and a demonstrated ability leading services through successful accreditations
- Skilled at developing productive relationships allowing for the delivery of person centred care, exceptional customer service and a positive work environment
