Our Townsville Branch Manager is looking for a motivated and customer focussed professional to join the team.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a key role in managing relationships, managing orders and supporting our sales team to delivery outstanding service and solutions.
A little bit about the role:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
- Attend to counter enquiries
- Follow up customer quotes
- Assist in converting customer quotes to sales
- Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch
Here’s a bit about you:
- You’re naturally a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- You’ve got proven customer service experience, ideally in the industrial retail sector
- You’ve got a strong mechanical aptitude
- You’re great at multitasking and prioritising
- You’ve got great interpersonal and communication skills
