The Opportunity
In this role, you will join a small and supportive corporate services team, working closely with HR and finance functions.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing using Aurion, supporting a stable and engaged workforce.

The Role
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll services using Aurion
- Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for staff
- Interpret and apply legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
- Manage payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Assist with superannuation, taxation, and leave management
- Maintain employee records in Aurion and respond to queries
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
You are a detail-oriented payroll professional who thrives in a structured and compliance-focused environment. Your previous experience in government or a similar setting means you're confident navigating enterprise agreements, legislation, and complex payroll scenarios.
You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. You take pride in accuracy, are proactive in solving issues before they escalate, and understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion. Salary / Rate
- $85k - $91k + Super
- 6 Month non ongoing with view to permanency
