We are hiring a Head of Social & PR to lead REBORN’s integrated capability across paid and organic social, content, influencers and earned media. This is a senior role for someone who brings platform fluency, editorial instincts, commercial thinking and team leadership into one cultural practice.
You will take ownership of our social and earned product. You will build the strategy, the systems and the team that drive visibility, engagement and business outcomes for clients. This role is central to the agency’s next phase of growth. You will set the standard, grow accounts, lead a team and deliver work that earns attention and drives results.

What You’ll Do
- Lead an integrated Social & PR offering
- Define and evolve REBORN’s capability across paid and organic social, content, influencers and earned media
- Build connected systems that link brand storytelling, media performance and cultural traction
- Deliver creative campaigns that combine publishing, partnerships and platform craft
- Expand the agency’s earned approach to include influencer strategy, media hooks, editorial development and content partnerships
- Guide strategy and delivery across formats, placements, timing and amplification
- Grow client relationships and unlock new opportunities
- Lead senior relationships across lifestyle, travel, wellness and consumer brands
- Respond to client challenges with strategic thinking across social, content and earned touchpoints
- Pitch and present ideas that grow revenue and increase influence across paid, owned and earned
- Position PR and social thinking at the centre of integrated campaign responses
- Manage forecasting, planning and reporting with commercial precision
- Drive platform innovation and cultural intelligence
- Monitor platform shifts, content trends and influencer behaviour across categories
- Create and maintain trend-mapping and insight systems that inform creative development and outreach
- Build frameworks for measurement, testing and optimisation across both reach and engagement
- Own delivery, quality and performance
- Oversee end-to-end workflow across content, media, publishing, performance and outreach
- Ensure standards of editorial craft, creative consistency and platform alignment across all outputs
- Lead weekly WIPs, content reviews and monthly planning sessions across departments
- Build delivery systems that support scale, agility and measurable impact
- Build, mentor and scale a high-performing team
- Hire and lead a team across content, strategy, media and community management
- Create a learning culture focused on experimentation, feedback and innovation
- Develop clear quality control and performance standards for all work
- Foster collaboration across creative, strategy and media to deliver integrated campaigns
- 8 to 12 years of experience leading social strategy, content delivery and earned media across paid, organic and influencer channels
- Proven track record of growing accounts through culturally aware, platform-specific thinking
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams across social, content, media and PR
- Strong editorial judgement with experience in shaping brand narratives for amplification
- Fluency in social targeting, reporting, community management and optimisation
- Understanding of influencer ecosystems, media outreach, content partnerships and amplification techniques
- Commercial acumen from scoping and resourcing through to reporting and scaling
- Confident presenter with experience pitching integrated campaigns and leading multi-stakeholder engagements
- Hands-on capability with tools across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, influencer platforms and listening or media monitoring suites
