Description:

About Spriggy

At Spriggy, we’re on a mission to help families raise confident kids in a changing world. We provide parents with a safe and simple way to pay their kid's pocket money, set chores, manage savings, monitor spending, pay for school lunches and invest for their kids' future.

We launched in late 2016 and have been backed by high-calibre Australian investors, including Mike Cannon-Brookes' Grok Ventures and NAB ventures, closing our Series B round of $45m in mid-2021. We have over one million Aussie members, and 1 in 4 13-year-olds have a Spriggy card.

The opportunity

Spriggy is looking for intelligent self-starters who are passionate about providing excellent online customer service. As part of our Member Help team, you will be focused on providing fast and efficient service to our growing member base.

The role will initially be offered on a casual basis, and we can discuss how our flexible shift rostering can accommodate your preferred availability. The role is a hybrid one, so some office time will be required, especially during an initial training period, so we can get you up to speed faster!

This is an excellent opportunity to kick start or progress your career in Australia’s fast-growing FinTech scene with a company that is solving real problems for Aussie families.

There are plenty of perks and a great team to make sure there is an incredible vibe while you are smashing out those customer queries.

About you

  • You’re empathetic and friendly
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
  • You’re detail-oriented
  • You are reliable and honest

You will

  • Get to understand how the Spriggy products work and how an Aussie Fintech operates
  • Delight members by promptly responding to queries with relevant information via multiple channels, including email and live chat
  • Apply empathy and understanding when solving members' problems
  • Undertake ad hoc duties to ensure positive member experience as required

Key Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy and interested in technology
  • Experience with digital support tools like Intercom is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a busy environment
  • Experience working as part of a small, efficient team

Our team's diverse backgrounds ensure that our products talk to the needs of all Australian families. To continue to be able to do this well, we encourage applicants of diverse backgrounds to apply.
