As one of Australia's most well-known façade contractors, this 65-year-old company is recognised as one of, or, if not the most, reliable facade contractor in the country. With several new high-profile jobs recently secured, they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Manager or Contracts Manager to join their contracts team.
You’ll need:

• 10y + min managing contracts and budgets within the construction industry.
• Preferably experience working for a façade contractor.
• Experience in a similar role in Australia is a must-have.
• To be able to manage project and contract-related administrative tasks associated with the role.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of facade products, including windows, curtain wall, cladding, and louvers.
