The Role:
This is more than just a reception role - it’s your entry into a professional services environment where growth is genuinely supported.
As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth office operations while gaining exposure to ATO/ASIC compliance, internal processes, and team support. The firm offers clear development pathways and invests in employees who want to build a long-term career in the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing reception, answering phones, and welcoming clients
- Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating calendars
- Managing mail, couriers, deliveries, and stationery supplies
- Supporting with ATO/ASIC documentation and corporate compliance admin
- Filing, scanning, document prep, and database maintenance
- Maintaining a professional and tidy office environment
- Assisting directors and the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Experience in an accounting or professional services environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in NowInfinity, HandiSoft, SmartDocs, and Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Understanding of ATO/ASIC compliance processes (highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication and a polished, professional presentation
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and strong client service focus
