The Role:
This senior role is designed to enhance clinical outcomes, drive staff development through effective coaching and mentoring programs, assist with managing feedback, support the day-to-day operations of the aged care home, and drive the implementation of key quality improvement and compliance activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with current AHPRA Registration.
- A deep understanding of aged care regulations, clinical standards, and governance.
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams and navigating complex care scenarios
- Strong understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards
- Experience in AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a Residential Aged Care setting.
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach to clinical excellence.
