Pay Rate: $1,100–$1,200 per day + Super (PAYG)
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior E2E Network Architect for a leading telco program based in Sydney. In this role, you will work across agile, cross-functional teams to align strategic, operational, and governance elements of complex network and service initiatives. You will provide end-to-end architectural leadership on major transformation projects, particularly in mobile and fixed network domains.
Reporting directly to the Associate Director – E2E Network Architecture (Service DevOps & Automation), you will play a key role in shaping future-ready network solutions that support both customer experience and enterprise performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end architectural design across multi-technology environments.
  • Collaborate across Commercial Business Units, IT, Network domains, and vendor teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and architectural input to major network and service development programs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including Directors, Program Managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in and lead Architecture Review Board (ARB) forums and other governance bodies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, roadmap development, and technology selection.
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams, acting as a key technical authority.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Network Architect or similar role within large-scale telco or enterprise environments.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end network architecture , including mobile (3G/4G/5G), fixed, SDN/NFV, IP/MPLS, OSS/BSS, and cloud integrations.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and emerging trends (3GPP, ETSI, OpenRAN, etc.).
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Ability to solve complex issues with a balance of technical depth and business acumen.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
