Associate Civil Engineer

TalentWeb is exclusively partnering with a New Zealand based civil engineering, planning and surveying consultancy who are looking to leverage off of their existing client base in NZ and NSW and further develop their Australian presence from Sydney.
In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Leading business development activities, utilising your existing network of clients and leveraging off of existing relationships;
• Assisting in tender and fee proposal preparation and engaging with clients in the subdivision and urban development sectors;
• Building a local team of engineers, designers and drafters whilst initially utilising the team based in New Zealand.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established engineering consultancy who has successfully expanded across numerous locations in New Zealand in less than a decade.
We're seeking candidates with the following experience:

• 10 + years' local Sydney based experience;
• CPEng accreditation;
• A passion for engaging with clients in the urban development sector and a proven track record in winning projects in NSW;
• Leadership experience ideal but not a necessity.
