They open dedicated ADAS calibration centres across Australia and as the company is growing, they are currently looking for an Auto Glazier to join their Newcastle, NSW team to deliver high quality work.
The Role
An opportunity is now available to join the Newcastle team as an Auto Glazier. The successful candidate will be responsible for deliver autoglazing services to customers with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities will be (and not limited to):
- Engage directly with customers to assist in building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships
- Guarantee the provision of top-notch service, ensuring maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
- Display professionalism at all times
- Always adhere to company Policies, Procedures, and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with other departments, branches, or staff to achieve business goals.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, completion, and organization for branch documentation and paperwork.
- Offer guidance and support to colleagues with product and fitting process knowledge when necessary.
- Install windscreens and provide other services, either on-site or in the workshop, as needed.
- Assist Branch Management with the upkeep of company equipment and plant as required.
The candidate
The successful applicant should have the following skills/experience/qualities:
- Certificate III in Automotive Glazing
- Experience working with light vehicles
- Driver's license
