- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet ambitious revenue goals in cybersecurity.
- Develop innovative, value-based sales strategies to outshine the competition.
- Identify and qualify leads, crafting compelling propositions to achieve a win rate over 50%.
- Build impactful business cases for executive-level decision-makers, owning proposals and presentations.
- Lead internal teams and vendor partners to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs.
- Forge strong connections with key stakeholders to maximize the value of the company's cybersecurity offerings.
- Keep customer and opportunity data up-to-date in our CRM, adhering to a 24-hour update rule.
- 3 years or more experience selling complex cyber security and IT consulting, Solutions and Managed Services.
- eDiscovery or big data solutions experience is a MUST.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, IT Security, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cyber security and IT new business sales.
- An outstanding track record of target over achievement in a corporate, mid enterprise or mid level Government market.
- Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team to get the right solution for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Training in Sales Methodology (i.e. Value Based Selling, TAS, SPIN, or other equivalent methodology).
- Public speaking, presentation, proposal writing and similar training for Sellers
