- Drive revenue growth in assigned territory through new client acquisition, pipeline development, and conversion.
- Leadership (30%) mentor and coach your team to meet sales targets
- Allocate resources, manage territories, and oversee bids
- Contribute to strategies and ensure reporting compliance
- Sales (40%) secure complex deals, engaging with CxO-level clients
- Train sales teams and build strong client relationships
- Lead generation (30%) Attend events to identify opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive growth.
- Own and lead opportunity pursuit, conversion, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to develop win themes and unique value propositions.
- 7-10+ years of experience in business development and strategic sales, with a focus on consulting and solution selling in the information technology industry
- Some leadership experience in mentoring , coaching
- Proven track record of achieving targets and growth objectives.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to present solutions effectively and negotiate deals to closure.
- Strategic thinking and ability to understand client goals, translate challenges into opportunities, and create innovative solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft and AWS technology landscapes, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with these organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage audiences and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
