My client are seeking a driven Injury Management Specialist to join their thriving team. What you will be doing:
- Triage injuries and incidents, ensuring timely care and support.
- Provide expert guidance and manage workers’ compensation claims effectively.
- Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans for employees.
- Collaborate with employees, managers, medical professionals, and insurers to achieve positive health outcomes.
- Take the lead on national return-to-work and injury prevention initiatives.
- Lodge claims and manage referrals within required timeframes.
- Participate in strategy reviews and conduct assessments to identify solutions for recovery and return to work.

- Strong knowledge of physical and psychological injury management, workplace safety, and workers’ compensation.
- Allied health qualifications are preferred but not required (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Registered Nurse).
- Prior experience in return-to-work, claims management, or occupational rehabilitation is preferred.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver timely care.
- A current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
