The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive events professional to step into the role of Events Operations Manager — someone who brings a wealth of operational expertise, team leadership, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service.
You’ll take full ownership of logistics and planning, coordinating events from the early concept stage right through to post-event wrap-up. It’s a hands-on, highly visible position — perfect for someone who loves being in the thick of it, leading teams by example, and maintaining a bird’s-eye view while handling multiple moving parts with precision.
In this role, you’ll mentor and manage a large team, liaise closely with internal departments and external partners, and ensure that every event delivers an unforgettable experience for clients and guests. Strong leadership, delegation, stakeholder engagement and the ability to remain cool under pressure are all essential traits for success.
