Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Officer , you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient and accurate payment processes across multiple entities. With automated systems in place , you'll be able to focus on problem-solving, process improvements and building great relationships with suppliers rather than manual data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices, reconciliations and payments across multiple entities
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations
  • Managing vendor queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and process improvements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimise AP workflows
What We're Looking For

✔️ 2-5 years prior experience in Accounts Payable
✔️ Exposure to Dynamics 365 system
✔️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✔️ A team player with excellent communication skills
