At our sub-acute unit, we understand that every patient’s journey is unique. Our dynamic team provides holistic care that encompasses palliative care, rehabilitation, geriatric evaluation, and support for those awaiting residential aged care placements.

Our skilled, multidisciplinary team works together to deliver expert clinical care in a warm, inclusive environment where patients, families, and staff feel valued. We are looking for nurses with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, strong team spirit, open-mindedness, and adaptability. The role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, and AHPRA registration is required.
What You'll Be Doing
The Enrolled Nurse works with the registered nurse or midwife as part of the health care team and demonstrates competence in the provision of safe, compassionate, quality person-centered care.

- Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience as an Enrolled Nurse that applies to a medical or surgical clinical setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
