The role:
As an integral and senior leader in our HR business partnering team, you'll:
- Lead and develop a team as their coach and mentor
- Build trusted partnerships at all levels forging strong partnerships with senior executives
- Craft and execute people strategies that drive our business goals
- Deliver top-notch, high end HR solutions with efficiency and excellence
What you will bring to the role:
- Deep experience in business partnering to champion best practices in HR and people management.
- Spearhead change management initiatives.
- With critical thinking and credibility, provide expert advice on complex HR matters issues
- Truly collaborate with colleagues across People and Culture to leverage their expertise.
