About Tweed Valley Hospital
This is an exciting opportunity to join/Tweed Valley Hospital,/your primary work location and a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region, also including/Murwillumbah District/&/Byron Central/Hospitals./ The 723.3 million state-of-the-art hospital opened on 14 May 2024 and will deliver additional health services and bed capacity to meet the growing community's healthcare needs.
Tweed Valley Hospital has:

currently 280 beds with capability to expand to 430 beds

expansive outpatient facilities with opportunity to increase available clinics

a developing interventional cardiology service

a fully capable emergency department with 42 treatment spaces

an integrated cancer care service with radiotherapy

12 operating theatres

a dedicated Learning, Development & Research centre located on campus, with modern library facilities
