We are seeking a confident and reliable Chef de Partie who is passionate about delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for running your section efficiently, ensuring consistency in food presentation and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen.

• Maintain control of your designated section during service

• Prepare and cook menu items in line with company standards

• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

• Assist with stock control, prep, and minimising waste

• Previous experience in a busy pub, bistro or similar kitchen

• Ability to work independently and manage a section during service

• High attention to detail and strong time management

• Commitment to food safety and kitchen cleanliness
