The Role
At McCullough Robertson, our Corporate Advisory team is deeply ingrained in the industries in which our clients operate. In this role, you will engage with both listed and private clients spanning resources, renewable and energy transactions, corporate restructures, commercial contracting, corporate compliance, project finance and mergers and acquisitions. You will have the opportunity to be a leader, taking ownership of matters, working directly with clients and mentoring the junior lawyers in the team.

Experience
We know our people are what sets us apart, and are therefore looking for an exceptional yet down-to-earth Corporate lawyer to join our team. Whether you're a mid-level Senior Associate or a senior lawyer ready to advance your career, we welcome your application.
Experience in M&A is essential, along with strong drafting and project management skills. While not required, experience in the resources sector is highly desirable.
Most importantly, we seek someone eager to embrace a leadership role, confidently take ownership of tasks, and consistently support partners on complex matters. A strong client service ethic and a desire to learn will be crucial to your success in this role.
