About the role:

As the Agreements Team 2IC, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Leader in managing the preparation, execution, and administration of Franchise/Member agreements and other related documentation. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and contractual obligations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, excels in Customer Service and is passionate about delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for brokers and partners.

Key responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement & Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our State directors, brokers, franchisees, regarding agreement queries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Work closely with the Onboarding and Accreditations teams to align contract execution with business timelines and operational needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to processes.

Leadership & Team Support

  • Assist the Team Leader in overseeing day-to-day team operations and act as a backup in their absence.
  • Support training and development initiatives to upskill team members on agreement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights, feedback, and process enhancement ideas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare franchise and non-branded member related documentation including but not limited to, new Franchise / Member Agreements, Deeds of Variation, and Loan Writer Appointment letters.
  • Facilitate and prepare required documentation for Brokers changing their entities and transferring within the network.
  • Document and communicate Broker Fee Review and Milestone achievements
  • Maintain relevant data to be able to update the Disclosure Document annually and any associated documentation.
  • Manage and respond to daily emails received through shared team mailboxes
  • Work with the Risk and Compliance Team to ensure compliance of all brokers for the purpose of being able to receive their commission, by ensuring personal indemnity insurance, ABN / GST and ACNs are maintained and current
  • Maintain the data integrity of agreements related information within our customer relationship management system
  • Manage the data maintenance in our customer relationship management, payment and accounting systems
  • Work with the Onboarding Team to ensure fast and efficient broker onboarding
  • Support the National Commissions Manager with agreement specifics and historic setups
