Senior Civil Engineer

Description:

TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers for an opportunity based in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, working on greenfield subdivision projects for a civil, environmental and structural engineering consultancy.
You'll be responsible:

• Design and coordination of urban development projects from concept through to detailed design phase;
• Negotiation with stakeholders in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects;
• Assist the Sunshine Coast Lead with design and delivery of large subdivision projects;
• Providing design sign-off and quality assurance checking as well as assisting in commercial development, fees and tenders for the office.

To be successful in your application you will have the following attributes:

• RPEQ accreditation;
• 5 + years' local experience in QLD;
• Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery;
• Unity Water project experience;
• Previous experience working on urban development projects.
