Site Supervisor

This role is a role that doesn't come around often, this builder has a strong team with low turn over and one of the best team morals.
You will be working on investment builds throughout the growing areas of Ipswich, Logan and North Brisbane. You will be kept on sites close to your residence and have the opportunity to set your day up to maximize efficiency for you.
Role :

• Liaise and scheduling trades
• Following scope of works
• Reading site plans & conducting site visits
• Building your team of tradesman and connections in the industry
• Reporting to the Construction Manager

Person:

• 2 years of investment building experience
• Current QBCC site supervisor license
• Trade background highly regarded
• Longevity in previous roles
• Experience as a Site Supervisor

Offer:

• 120k - 125k + Super + Car
• Southside based role although there are more opportunities based North
• 10 - 15 homes at one time
• Investment builds, low client contact
