Position Requirements
Degree qualification in Law in Australia (or another common law jurisdiction). Hold a current, unrestricted Practicing Certificate (or ability to obtain one). Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience advising on contract and intellectual property matters. Knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of relevant legislation impacting on a University and its research activities.
