- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in property, social housing or visitor accommodation management, including staff management and budget management.
- Strong understanding of the social/community housing and visitor accommodation sector, including legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in Grant Writing and funding management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other senior managers and staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
