In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations. You’ll be supporting a small, dedicated team who provide access to no-interest loans, financial literacy support and referrals to other community services.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of admin tasks and wants to contribute to positive social outcomes.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy
Managing and responding to emails in a timely, organised manner
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining confidential records
Assisting with appointment scheduling and general admin support
Providing day-to-day assistance to ensure effective office operations
Your Profile
Confident phone manner and strong written communication skills
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and basic office programs
Friendly, professional, and able to work independently
Highly organised and attentive to detail
Previous administrative experience is desirable
