This role provides the successful candidate the opportunity to work alongside Functional Experts in the Extended Warehouse Management module as part of SAP in the provision of Level 2 production support issues and system configuration changes. The successful candidate in this role would also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in system configuration, technical specifications and procedures to allow backfilling existing and applying for higher level Functional Expert roles.
What you'll do
You will:
- Support management and end users on application use and associated issues and initiative including risk and issue identification.
- Assist in translating business needs into well written, unambiguous functional requirements and deliver business requirements using standard S/4HANA functionality.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of operational plans and schedules, including the coordination of activities or teams associated with achieving the support objectives.
- Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with support stakeholders and team members in relation to support activities.
- Work independently when required to achieve agreed outcomes.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated expertise and technical skills with integrated ERP solutions and the ability to apply this knowledge in such ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management and the implementation of solution change control processes
- Demonstrated experience in the support and configuration of large-scale SAP S/4HANA solutions. The product set for QH includes SAP S/4HANA FICO, MM, EWM, EAM, Sales and Distribution and OpenText.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience as an SAP functional analyst in SAP modules including the ability to assist in translating business needs into well written, unambiguous functional requirements and deliver business requirements using configuration of S/4HANA functionality.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA system environments with an ability to deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes and deadlines.
