About the Role

The Service Advisor is the primary contact between the company and customers for service and repairs of vehicles, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and prompt attention to customer needs. The role requires a customer-oriented approach, great communication and team work, and an ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • First point of contact to assist customers in person or by phone
  • Determine customer needs and communicate with the service department
  • Organise and follow up on our guests’ vehicles during the course of the day
  • Liaise with service department to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner
  • Follow all required WHS policies and procedures
  • Behave in line with company values at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar automotive role is desirable
  • Friendly approach and professional presentation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Sound computer literacy
  • Self-motivated, punctual and reliable
  • A current drivers licence
