We are looking for an Assistant Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Rundle Place Store . - Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
- A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
