About The Role:
Ngurratjuta is looking for a receptionist to work a part-time schedule of 0830 - 3pm, with core expectation of 9 - 230pm
We are looking for the right person to welcome people to our office, both in person and on the phone. You must have a pleasant phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills, and able to communicate with everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answering the phone, directing calls, taking messages
- Check inbox tray, voice mails
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail including couriers
- Check mail at post office every Monday/ Tue and Wed
- Reply to emails, forward onto nominated recipient
- Open, date stamp and register all incoming mail and distribute to Account Manager or nominated person.
- Reply/ coordinate all CDP and Management requests for purchase orders, fuel/food/stationery/ materials, and supplies/ bookings
- Occasional Banking when required
- Other clerical duties as requested i.e. filing, archiving records and house keeping
- Management of key administration.
You do not need to have a lot of experience - we will provide all the training you need to succeed. Well organized, a great work ethic, IT literacy and great manner are all we are looking for.
