Additional Information
The Care Hub Support Partner plays a critical role in providing support and coordination for people impacted by harmful and disrespectful behaviour. Using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, you will facilitate safe referral pathways and develop case management plans to assist individuals in navigating difficult situations.
This position is part of the Care Hub team within the Business Conduct Office and contributes directly to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Conduct trauma-informed safety and risk assessments.
- Identify and address the needs of individuals affected by workplace harm.
- Develop and implement tailored case management and reintegration plans.
- Provide confidential support and respond to disclosures or related queries.
- Explain wellbeing support options and guide individuals through resolution processes.
- Coordinate resolutions including mediation, training, and behavioural coaching.
- Monitor case progress and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
- Support leaders in adopting trauma-informed practices.
- Facilitate access to family and domestic violence support services.
- Mentor new staff and contribute to training and onboarding programs.
- Represent Care Hub at internal events and awareness campaigns.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, behavioural/social sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trauma-informed case management and frontline service delivery.
- Expertise in risk assessment, triage, and safety planning in response to harmful behaviours.
- Strong knowledge of issues including harassment, bullying, sexual assault, and discrimination.
- Skilled in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics with empathy and professionalism.
- Competence in electronic case management systems.
- Experience mentoring or training staff is highly regarded.
- Cultural competency and demonstrated experience working with Indigenous peoples.
