GRAPHIC DESIGNER
- Work on brand development and creative design for our group of Hotels
- Brand new, custom built, team office environment based in Panorama

About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and confident graphic designer that has a versatile skill set to work on a wide range of projects for our group of Hotels.
You will work within a range of individual style guides for each of our properties and brands. You're also uniquely responsible for recognising the need to edit and update those style guides over time as trends change.
In addition you will take on regular digital design duties including menus, wine lists, posters, animated screen ads, social media tiles, print media design and signage. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on events and promotional ideas, assist with photoshoots, filming, post production and social media management. Your personal insight into the Hospitality industry, how our customers think and how to create artwork that reaches them will be very valuable.
You will also get to attend marketing meetings on site at your Hotels, approximately fortnightly to gain insight into the brand position and key elements of your Hotels, engaging directly with out passionate teams to assist selling their variety of events and offers. All of this while working in our brand new, purpose built, team office environment based in Panorama.
A high level of attention to detail is important in a role like this, as is the flexibility to work both autonomously and in a team environment, taking feedback on design when provided.
You will need relevant Bachelor Degree or similar qualification in design, lots of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, prior experience with After Effects is an advantage.

We also have seven Hurley Cellars Retail Bottleshop outlets and are in construction of the all-new Hotel Panorama, due for completion early in 2026.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in a similar Graphic Design role
- Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Visual Communications and/or Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
