Description:
We are looking for an experienced ICT Account Manager to join our Sydney-based team, working across Australia and the wider JAPAC and EMEA markets . In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts and expanding Supermetrics’ footprint within the ANZ region. You will act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients across various industries, aligning their complex data needs with our suite of SaaS-based marketing analytics solutions.
This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring a deep understanding of consultative ICT solution selling, technical product integration, and multi-market relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key ICT customer accounts , serving as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise clients across the ANZ region.
- Identify and develop new ICT business opportunities by understanding customer data infrastructure and aligning it with Supermetrics’ integration capabilities.
- Lead the rollout of Supermetrics’ SaaS and data solutions into new markets , collaborating with regional teams to ensure adoption and localisation.
- Conduct consultative sales engagements , understanding client business goals, marketing data workflows, and technical environments to deliver tailored ICT solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams to deliver and evolve customer-centric solutions.
- Maintain regular engagement with clients, including onsite visits within Sydney , strategic business reviews, and technical check-ins to ensure continued value delivery.
- Drive account growth strategies through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, consistently exceeding revenue and retention targets.
- Provide detailed reporting on KPIs and business outcomes to global leadership, tracking pipeline progression, client health metrics, and expansion potential.
- Work across time zones and cultures to support international stakeholders and clients, particularly in JAPAC and EMEA .
- Navigate the end-to-end sales cycle , from initial discovery and solution presentation to proposal delivery and contract negotiation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing data automation, integration use cases, and analytics platforms such as Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Snowflake .
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in ICT account management, B2B SaaS, marketing technology, or data analytics-related roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts , preferably across multiple regions and industries.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets , including renewals, upsells, and expansions.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms , martech solutions , or data products in a technical and consultative capacity.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and present strategic solutions to senior stakeholders (e.g. Heads of Marketing, Data, and IT).
- Familiarity with cross-functional work environments , coordinating across product, engineering, and support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Comfortable operating across different time zones and cultures , with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
- B2B sales and customer experience is a must for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or ICT-related field .
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, global SaaS firms, or enterprise data teams .
- Exposure to programmatic media, marketing analytics, or data integration workflows is a strong advantage.
