The Customer Experience and Delivery (CED) portfolio at Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) offers trusted financial decision-making advocacy, education, and financial services, empowering Queenslanders to plan and prepare for significant life events.
As a Customer Administrative Officer, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality administration, telephone, and reception services to customers, service providers, and the public. Based in Southport, this temporary full-time vacancy offers a unique opportunity to engage with diverse customers, providing exceptional service and referral to appropriate resources. You'll be the welcoming face of QPT, the first point of contact for inquiries, and instrumental in maintaining a professional and supportive environment. Your role will involve administrative support, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
