Are you ready to take the next step in your legal admin career? This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrator or junior secretary to join a leading national law firm known for its supportive culture, professional development, and career pathways.
This role sits within a high-performing Workers’ Compensation team, supporting a group of approachable lawyers and a well-regarded Partner. You'll be mentored by experienced Legal Secretaries and given hands-on training to grow your skills in a fast-paced but supportive legal environment.
It’s the perfect next step if you’ve had some exposure to admin or office support work and are ready to dive into a legal support career.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Preparing and editing correspondence and legal documents;
  • Assisting with briefs to Counsel and medical experts;
  • Managing electronic and hard copy files;
  • Answering calls and liaising with clients, courts, and third parties;
  • Assisting with billing and monthly invoicing; and
  • General administrative support to the legal team.
What we’re looking for:
  • 1 year of admin or office experience in a law firm;
  • A keen interest in building a legal support career;
  • Great attention to detail and willingness to learn;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks; and
  • Friendly and confident communication style.
