Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on permanent recruitment. Whether you are an experienced recruitment consultant or someone with significant work experience in a related field, we are looking for someone with the right skills and attributes to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates.
• Provide exceptional candidate care and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant is advantageous but not essential.
• Significant work experience in a role where you have developed comparable skills, such as Management, Sales, Customer Service, or Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
