We are seeking skilled and reliable experienced spray seal crew members to join our customers growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about roadworks and have a proven track record in spray sealing operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spray sealing operations on roads, highways, and other infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Operate and maintain spray seal equipment, including trucks, sprayers, and other machinery.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in material preparation, site setup, and cleanup tasks as needed.
• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spray sealing or similar road construction work.
• Proven ability to operate spray seal equipment effectively and safely.
• Strong knowledge of spray sealing processes and road maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license HR or above
• White Card or relevant construction safety certification.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
