The Opportunity:

We're seeking passionate Speech Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced practitioner, we offer a supportive environment focused on professional growth and excellence in client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services across multiple settings:

  • Clinic-based sessions

  • Community visits

  • Schools/preschools

  • Home visits

  • Collaborate within our multidisciplinary team

  • Participate in our Key Worker Model approach

  • Deliver both face-to-face and telehealth services

Required Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of or willingness to learn NDIS framework and processes

• Strong assessment and report writing skills

• Commitment to evidence-based practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements:

• SPA membership (or obtaining)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check (WWCC)

• National Police Check

Based in Kurri Kurri, NSW, with service delivery across Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions, plus telehealth capabilities Australia-wide.
